Smoked Salmon, Cream cheese and Red Pepper Wrap

Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 Tortilla Wap
  • 50g Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 Red Pepper cut into slices
  • 2-3 Slices of Smoked Salmon

Method

  1. Place the Tortilla into a bread board
  2. Using a butter knife spread the Cream cheese around the surface of the wap
  3. Place the Smoked Salmon onto the centre of the wrap on top of the cream cheese
  4. Next place the Sliced Red Pepper pieces on top of the Smoked Salmon making sure they are face upwards rather than sideward, other wise the Tortilla won’t wrap

You can add almost any filling into your wrap, just remember not to over fill!
